Cartuxa Reserve Red
Cartuxa is a wine that represents the quality of the production of
the Alentejo, an “homage” to Order of Capuchin that lives
in the Monastery of Santa Maria Coeli in Evora. This reserve is
produced with the best quality of Aragonês, Alfrocheiro and Alicante
Bouschet. The wine has an average and bright ruby color, persistent
aromas of fresh red fruit, light vanilla, tobacco and balsamic notes.
From the very beginning you will be able to feel a taste condensed in
a modern style surrounded by black chocolate and wood hints. In spite
of the high alcoholic strength (14,5°) and a firm tannins, it is a
wine that flows pleasantly in your throat, harmonized with and
agreeable end, in true alentejano veins. Match with elaborate
strong meat dishes and game.
