Quinta da Bica has his roots planted in a monastery of the sixteenth century, handing down a long experience of wine-making tied to the family Botte. This brand is nationally and internationally acknowledged for his quality and the Radix Branco 2010 is a real proof. This drink makes an impression at his first taste, probably for an immediate sympathy originated from the caste Rabigato. Therefore the taste is delicate, guaranteed by a noble ageing. It pleasently compelles the sensitive symbiosis of fruity scent (citrus, apricot) merged with a floreal and honeyed perceive. Acidity tends to be high and it has a persistent ending. Branco 2010 is a blend recommended for his great price/quality ratio, and it's also available red and rosé.
