Produced in the majestic region of Alentejo trough the chastes
Sauvigon Blanc, Verdelho, Antão Vaz and Viognier, this fine white
shows citric and grassy aromatics on a complex, mineral palate that
is long, and well balanced. This white wine surprises for its
moderate coldness, body and structure. It shows aromas of ripe pears
with floral and citric notes and apple and green fruits at palate.
Solid, but non-aggressive, the wine's stark citrus elements are a
testament to hints of pomelo and even a touch of under-ripe avocado.
